I have been documenting software for over fifteen years and during this time I have travelled worldwide delivering training to end-users in classroom situations and on a one-to-one basis.
My speciality is providing the link between software development teams and marketing departments for bespoke software projects and ultimately supplying easy-to-use documentation and training for non-technical users.
Usually, I work as an integral part of the development team, testing the implementation of new software, writing user manuals, creating training material and delivering training to end-users; and where necessary, this has included continued support and training for worldwide users from the UK through to the project’s end.
In over fifteen years of technical authoring, my clients have included major FTSE 100 and UK Business Superbrands companies in both the public and private sectors including: Reed Exhibitions, British Gas Group, BSI (British Standards Institution), Thames Valley Police, the NHS and DB Schenker.
